Five classes for you. $5 for Stars.
Stars Foundation mentors First Nations girls through school and into work or study. In 2025, 90% of Stars girls finished Year 12 — nationally, it is 68%.
Here is how you help: grab a Stars 5 Pack. Five classes for $99, with $5 from every pack going straight to Stars. Same practice, bigger reason.
Plus a classic raffle and more ways to give: coming soon.
On Sunday 27 September we opened both studios to everyone. Eleven classes across Palm Beach and Robina — Yoga, Reformer and Mat Pilates — all free, with no pass or membership needed. 145 of you came through the doors, and eight of our teachers shared their regular Sunday classes with you.
It was the best way we could have thought to close out our birthday month. Thank you to everyone who came, and to everyone who brought someone along. If you were new that Sunday, we would love to see you again soon.
Most of us first come to the mat for ourselves — to move, to slow down, to have an hour that is just ours. Over time, the practice starts to shape the rest of life too. Ritual School is where you go deeper: into the practice, its philosophy, and the art of sharing it with others. Some graduates go on to teach. Many come simply to deepen their own practice.
A $500 deposit holds your place and gives you access to your classes and online learning straight away, and we are happy to work with you on a payment plan. If you would like to know more first, join our free 200hr info session on Zoom.

Course details & enrolmentOpen to everyone — whether you are brand new to Yin or already deep in the practice and ready to share it.
Alex brings together biomechanics, Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, study in Rishikesh, and Zen meditation. You will explore Yin through the body and through the energetic theory behind it.
We want it to be easier to keep the promises you make to yourself. Your practice only works if you can get to it — so we have made the rules bend a little more around real life.
An eight-hour late cancellation window.
A four-hour late cancellation period.
Those with Ritual Memberships can now cancel ANY time.
No-shows stay as they are. And this is the first of several changes you will see roll out through October — among them, more room to breathe, with class sizes reviewed across both studios, and more events for members and the wider community.
New to Ritual, or met us at Open Day? There are three easy ways to keep going. A month for $99 if you have never been. A weekly membership if you already know you are staying. Three classes for $49 if you would rather have another look first.
One month of everything for $99, starting from your first class rather than the day you pay.
Mat and Reformer, unlimited, at both studios. One free week when you join, and another after your first twelve.
No commitment at all. Come a few times, see whether the rooms suit you.
The ninety-minute Restorative class that opened in September has settled into the timetable, and it is doing exactly what it was put there to do: taking the run out of Monday. Long, fully supported holds — bolsters, blankets and blocks doing the work so your body has nothing left to brace against.
Restorative is the slowest practice we run, and the one most people underestimate. There is no effort to it and no flexibility required. You settle into a number of thoughtfully chosen postures, stay a while, and leave feeling grounded, revived and alive.
If one of your Open Day guests is still deciding, this is the easiest class to bring them back to.
Book Monday nightTwenty minutes on the floor, no class required.
Spring on the Gold Coast is when everything speeds up at once — the light, the diary, the training calendar. Three supported shapes you can set up tonight with whatever is on the couch: cushions, a folded towel, a rolled blanket. Hold still, let something else take the weight, and give the body long enough to notice.
Knees wide, big toes together, a bolster or a stack of cushions running along your chest so your torso is held rather than hanging. Turn your head one way for half the time, the other way for the rest. Let the jaw go.
Knees bent and dropped to one side onto a bolster — the prop is the point, so the knees land on something rather than pulling you over. Three minutes, then the other side.
Sit side-on to a wall, swing the legs up, shuffle your seat as close as is comfortable. A folded blanket under the hips if the low back grumbles, another under the head. Arms wide, palms up. Do nothing at all.
The one to do after a long day on your feet, or the night before something you are nervous about.
Two journeys in January, both into their final places. The Everest Base Camp trek in April has already sold out.
Six days in the hills of southern India with Rose Baudin and Rose Lamont. Practice twice a day, eat what grows there, and do very little on purpose. All meals, sessions and transfers included.
